Construction Cleaning
Many construction companies provide a clean facility to their
client prior to handing over the completed project. We provide
this service for contractors such as yourself.We will create
a customized construction cleaning schedule for each work
site. Our staff supervisor will work with your Project Manager
to insure that the work will be done according to your time
schedule. It is our goal to save you and your company money,
by communicating issues about cleaning services. We will attempt
to schedule and perform these services in a manner which will
allow us to perform each task only one time. Due to unforseen
changes in the construction schedule we are aware that certain
items may need to be done more than once.
We have put together a basic cleaning schedule which we have
used to clean many job sites. The following is a list of the
services which we provide. Because we are able to provide
so many of the services which you may need. It makes it easy
on everyone to manage all of the activities in a timely manner.
- Dusting of all Counters & Ledges
- Sweep & Damp Mop Floors
- Vacuum Carpeted Areas
- Clean & Disinfect Restrooms
The cost for this service is generally .12 to .18 cents per
sq.ft.. Each work site must be reviewed prior to us giving
your a written estimate.We also provide the following services
for the following flat rates:

- Scrub & Finish Tile & Concrete Floors
- Power Washing
