Tile Floor Maintenance
There is a common saying which states;" Don't judge
a book by its cover". Many people judge an entire facility
by its floors. Good looking floors in their minds relates
to a good looking facility. Bad looking floors relates to
unclean facility. Across the U.S. nearly 40 cents of each
dollar spent on building maintence goes toward floor care.
This suggest that professional floor care is very important.
Unprotected tile floors are quickly destroyed by dirt and
grit which works much like sand paper on woods, Normal daily
foot traffic grinds and chews up unprotected floors until
it breaks down the tile material. Tile care includes:
- Sweep Edges & Corners
- Dust Mop Floors
- Damp Mop
- Weekly High Speed Burnishing
Carpet Cleaning
Carpet cleaning is one of the most important aspects of every
professional cleaning schedule. Carpet, while it makes every
home or facility comfortable and nice to look at; can be a
source of many problems. Carpets absorb a great deal of dust
and bacteria. Over a period of time this build up will create
health problems to family member or employees at the work
place. On top of those issues is the problem with poor apperance.
Carpeting is an investment which if handled properly can be
very rewarding and a source of great pride. Neglected carpet
on the other hand can become unhealthy, unsightly and very
costly to replace. That is why we have included daily vacuuming
in our standard cleaning service. In addition to our daily
vacuuming, we advise that one of the following services on
a quarterly, simi-annual or annual basis:

- Bonnet Scrub Cleaning
- Dry Foam Cleaning
